Malta Exceptional Investor Naturalization (MEIN) – 12 Months
The first Maltese Citizenship by Investment option is residence in Malta for 12 months and payment of €750,000. Then purchasing residential real estate in Malta with a value of at least €700,000 or renting a residential property in Malta with an annual rent of at least €16,000.

Malta Citizenship by Investment Application Process
Once applicant has made up his mind, he will be obligated to sign a retainer agreement with our company with an initial deposit to kick start the case. We will share the documents checklist and initiate our working on compilation and attestations of the documents if required. Getting all the documents in one place, we will move ahead with the next step. In case of Real Estate Investment, the client will also sign a sales and purchase agreement.
Timeline: 1 Month
Before submitting your application to the CBI Unit portal, our processing team will review all the information. The application will go through a strict due diligence to ensure that the profile is clean and all the information that has been provided is authentic.
Timeline: 2-5 Months
Once your application will clear all the background checks, you will get an approval from Citizenship by Investment Unit. You will make final payment and deposit the government fees. After receiving the payments, the CBI Unit will send you naturalization certificates via email. You can now apply for your Malta Passport and enjoy your second citizenship.
Timeline: 4-5 Months
After receiving the Approval in Principle from the Community Malta Agency, you pay the contribution balance owing to the National Development and Social Fund. Then you must fulfil the remaining obligations of your Maltese Citizenship by Investment application. These include proof of property commitment and charity donation.
Timeline: 10-12 Months
The Maltese Government issues an invitation letter to you to swear the Oath of Allegiance. Each member of your family over 18 years old is required to take the oath. You all receive a Certificate of Naturalization.
